- Zorin
- Aiko
- Lela
- Okada
- Tex (o Rex)
- Fly
- Boom Boom
- 100K (o 100Kilo)
- MC2 (o Mc Squared)
- Car Kids
- M.I.A.
- Waltz in E Minor
- (I) Don't Need The Feed
- Hypnofeed
- The Xylobrytes
- Up On A Wire
- Yeah Yeah
- Great Expectations
- Esha
I TESTI PRENDONO FORMA
When she was just a girl she expected the world
now she's swimming in trouble deep that Cinderella would sleep
and dream of Paradise every night/time she closed her eyes
But people just lie and ...
from under thunder he ran
call him umbrella man
below a black cloud and rain
It waterfalled more than rained
when my luck gonna change
This could be Paradise
oh oh oh
This could be Paradise
life gets heavy 18 ready
hold your hand steady
When life gets heavy
all at once you realize
unsteady
Once upon a time
... the end

Somewhere up above the stars
the wreckage of a universe floats past
somewhere up above my heart
a tiny burning feed inside me
stop to say hello
(footage firmament show)
us down below at last
And I heard it on the Radio that one day/someday we'll be living in the stars
I saw/heard it on a TV show that somewhere up above and in my heart (they caught)
they'll be tearing us apart
so we'll be moving up to Mars
(tiny little burning feed instead of 'tearing' before 'they')
This wicked world won't change
so in three seconds that remain, that remain
8-9, 9-10, we are meeting for the first time we might never meet again
You and me we are meeting for the first time can't you see
7-6-5-4-3 we are meeting for the 1st time
singing our/this space symphony
Past the satellites + stars
we'll be moving up to Mars
(we won't see the earth again)
Woo! Ooh ooh ooh
Stole a key
took a car downtown to St. Christophers Street
where the lost boys are/go and took what they offered meSet free? Cartoon me/Blue Sea Lego/set free
Saw the lights go down at the end of the scene
Saw the lights go down and there standing in front of me
Woo
A scarecrow dreams
When they smashed my heart into smithereensWhen they smashed my heart I saw a rose in the concreteI saw a bright red rose come bursting through concrete (crack in the concrete)
Be/and a cartoon heart
light a fire a fire a spark
light a fire a flame in my heart
We were wild we were glowing in the dark
we were glowing in the darkAll the boys all the girls and just a boy, just a girl all that matters in the world
Just a girl, just a boy all the madness (in the world)
just a boy, just a girl, just two kids against the world (hypnofeed)
we were wired, we were glowing in the dark
eh!
Woo!
for a while, we were/we'll be glowing in the dark
Could go into M.J. sample from this in the film'.
Nel booklet, vi è anche il testo primitivo di Up With The Birds, la traccia di chiusura dell'album. Eccolo:
(first 2 lines by L. Cohen)
The birds they sang at break of day
Start again I seem to hear them say
- It's so hard
The birds they sand, all a choir
-
- It's so hard
The sky is blue, don't know where don't know who
But the world revealed in red for you
My arms turned wings oh those clumsy things
Lift me up to a wonderful world
and then I'm up with the birds
Whistle: so I don't feel afraid, don't know why get it made
what a wonderful, wonderful... day
The slightest
The locust wind that blows us in
My arms turned wings/oh those clumsy things have now turned to wings
....
Send me away with the birds
Might have to go where they don't know my name
float all over the world just to see her again
And I won't show a feel any pain
Even though all my armor might rust in the rain
A simple plot, I heard them say/I know all
good things are coming our way
A simple plot, or so I heard
we're going up with the birds
oh yeah!
Guide me stranger, sheperd me through danger
tought
Might...
No I won't
When I'm
Guide me, guide me to
Paired with school and spare dance?
If i fall in peril/hot water
or jump in
È poi presente la prima bozza del testo di Major Minus, che sembra essere l'evoluzione di una vecchia demo, risalente al periodo Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends e intitolata The Man Who Swears Pt. 1:
There's a man who swears he's God
But I'm pretty sure hes not
There's a man who walks around
Like he owns the fucking lot
Takes his five
a playing with your mind
Crocodile clock
You must
It's just work it's not heasy/hard
All the while
Tell you that you're climbing
pulling the ladder apart
Saw the
boss hogg
So they came to try and break us
so they came to break us all
What they don't know they can hurt us
every teardrop is a waterfall
you can break, break my back
hurt hurt me bad
Still I'll raise that/the/my flag
Come on
X
X
X
oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
X
X
X
oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
And every tear, every tear
Every tear will dry them all/for
Every tear every tear
Every teardrop is a waterfall
(optional in chorus 1: oh, oh, oh
And you can hurt, hurt me bad
Still I'll raise the flag)
X
X
X
oh oh oh oh oh oh
Every tear every tear every tear
to be a waterfall
Every tear every tear every teardrop is
a waterfall
Yeah you can hurt, hurt me bad
Still I'll raise the flag
Still we'll raise the flag
(They can hurt hurt me bad
Come on/Still you'll raise the flag)
It was written in graffiti on a bridge in the park
"Do you ever get the feeling that you're missing the mark"
It's so cold it's so cold, it's so cold it's so cold
It was scratched up in/written a marker on a factory sign
"I struggle with the feeling that my life isn't mine"
There are people out to get us trying to tear us apart
(there are (lions) spot disguising leopards switching-their-spat)
took/take the fire from my belly and the
beat from my heart
Still I can't let go still I can't let go
You...you do
You use your heart as a weapon and it hurts like heavenEvery day somebody coming try to dampen your frame
On every street, every sidecar, every pavement and train
On every street and every sidecar I'll be writing my name
don't let 'em/they want to take control don't let 'em take control
Yes I feel tense and nervous, yes I feel nervous and I can't relax
how come they're out to get us how come they hunt us
when they don't know the facts
But on a concrete canvas I'll be making my mark
On a concrete canvas under cover of dark
armed with a spray can soul
I'll be armed with a spray can soul
(Instru. "You")
You - ooh ooh when you use your heart as a weapon
it H.L.H., oh it's true when...
it Hurts Like Heaven it Hurts Like Heaven (ad infinitum)
Once upon a time somebody ran
Somebody ran out going as fast as they can
Oh oh
Once upon a time somebody/a trouble start
Now holding my her/the hands I've two halves of a (crumble) heart
We broke apart/future marked
Wear my/castle ring
broken dreams
Could have been a princess
dream... breaking my wing
Soar
Maybe not today
Maybe I will someday
all that you can say, China gonna break
La, la la la la la la la, la la la la la la la
...
You really hurt me
oh you really hurt me
STRUCTURE: INTRO, LIFE, VI, PRINCESS, RIFF, CHORUS, V2, P2,
CHORUS, BREAKDOWN, RIFF, CHORUS, CHORUS
old chorus
melody on strings, turned into chords @end
Maybe even long bendy notes
In my head, in my brain
in my head all these feelings I just can't explain
Left to right
tip to toes
we're in flight
and we're going
where nobody knows
(the streets are paved with gold)
under the ocean
(whale) by a whale swallowed whole
swallowed me/vs whole
(we put) poets...
(pure) poetry in motion
we're both down here
losing control
sellotaping my soul
It's alright
great the light
great the sky
greet
so we ride
so we rise
So let's try your battlecry (?)
From under thunder she ran
clouds I'll cover you ... umbrella
Floating up above stormy skies

- Upstairs too fast?
- Straight to middle 8
- Downstairs version better
- DRUMS SOUND GREAT
- Bring in: Xylophones, Guy magic, Jonny magic, Demo piano, M8 Harp, Old Bus
Il 14 luglio 2010, Chris redige la nota 'things to try on Paradise'.
- Live drums
- Live bass + FX on keys bass
- Beatbox
- Jonny bubbling FX
- Comp between pianos
- Change pulse of CI piano
- No beat in intro, just markers?
- More of an "event" beginning
- Vocal delays
- Triangle
CAR KIDS, DOVE SEI FINITA?
- No Power To The Tower
- Show to make it twisted lettering
- There will always be opposition, people define themselves by what they don't like
- I told my therapist everything, now he's doing my act
MYLO XYLOTO 2: L'ALBUM GEMELLO
- 100Kilo
- McSquared
- The Xylobrytes
- Mylo Xyloto (poi inclusa nell'omonimo album)
- Car Kids
- Rex
- Lela
- Walk the plank
- Austen-esque hell + trees valley
- Sun, hilltop, grass
- Wounded in the side, dying at the end of the battle
- Wage war knight
- Blood
- Don Quixote to Sancho Panza - last words
- Last words of a dying breath vs. hurt/lions/thieves/idiots/challenges/tragedies
- Left in blood stained remarked
- Would have found it if I'd know what to look for
- 3 wishes
- On my headstore, engraved read forever more
- "Everything is meaningful + beautiful"
- Can't find when you don't even look for
- Forbidden love and escape > Determination of 2 vs. ? > The beauty in all things, or the heaviness of things and how much they meant
- Upstairs too fast?
- Bring Xylo halfway through C2
COME PRENDERE PARTE A GLASTONBURY 2011
- Yellow
- Mylo Xyloto
- Lost!
- Clocks
- Trouble (Acoustic)
- Amsterdam
- God Put A Smile Upon Your Face
- Strawberry Swing
- Fix You
- Love In A Lethal Dose (o Till Kingdom Come)
- Paradise
- Charlie Brown
- Car Kids
- - encore -
- Politik
- Viva La Vida
Moving To MarsUp With The Birds (o Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall)- Up With The Birds (nel caso in cui non fosse stata eseguita precedentemente, ndr)
Eccola:
- Yellow
- Mylo Xyloto
- Clocks
- Lost!
- Amsterdam
- Hurts Like Heaven
- Lovers In Japan
ParadiseFix You- Shiver
- Politik
- Viva La Vida
- Paradise
Fix You - - encore -
- In My Place
- Car Kids
- Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall
On The Side Of The Angels'.
